Where Juku appears on New York Dearest

Juku (32 Commerce Street, West Village) is relatively new and already one of the best in the city. The omakase runs around $175, and the space is sleek and intimate. The fish quality is exceptional, and the service hits that sweet spot between attentive and not hovering.
It’s right around the corner from Sushi Nakazawa, which means Commerce Street is quietly becoming the best sushi block in Manhattan.
