For one of NYC’s best burgers, check out P.J. Clark’s, especially the Hudson location in the Financial District. Nat King Cole dubbed their bacon cheeseburger the “Cadillac of hamburgers,” and it lives up to the hype.

With 138 years of history, this waterfront spot provides stunning Hudson River views, and on a clear day, you might spot the Statue of Liberty. P.J. Clark’s serves over 400 burgers daily, but the standout is (of course) the Cadillac , double-smoked country bacon, American cheese, lettuce, onions & tomato, a simple yet outstanding choice locals swear by.
