Whether you’re sitting indoors or outside on the rustic back patio, nothing will convince you to look up from your plate until it’s clean. My suggestion is to order the penne vodka, made with a creamy sauce that has a subtle kick. As one of the best budget-friendly restaurants in Chelsea, most dishes are under $20 and punch above their weight.
