Socarrat Paella Bar is renowned for its authentic Spanish paellas, cooked to perfection in traditional wide pans. The restaurant offers various paella options, from seafood to meat or vegetable-based, all featuring that coveted crispy socarrat at the bottom, a mark of skillful preparation. For those who don’t know, socarrat is the crispy layer that forms at the bottom of a paella dish.
Beyond paella, the menu boasts an array of delectable Spanish tapas that beautifully showcase the diverse flavors of Spanish cuisine. Dishes like patatas bravas, Spanish tortillas, and chorizo al vino are among the favorites. If at all helpful, I suggest ordering the arroz negro paella which is cooked in squid ink.
