Where Burrow appears on New York Dearest

Worth it
One of the most adorable bakeries in Brooklyn also happens to be one of the most underrated. Burrow is a shoe-box sized Japanese bakery open only four days a week (Tuesday-Friday) for four hours. The kicker? The baked goods tend to sell out by closing.
Everything is handmade by Ayako Kurokawa, a veteran pastry chef from the Plaza Hotel and the Modern at MoMa (two Michelin-starred restaurant). Expect to find mouth-watering baked goods and impressive cakes at this DUMBO bakery. The cream puffs and pistachio mousse cake are non-negotiable orders in my book.
