The Nolita location (149 Elizabeth Street) is my favorite. Take the 6 to Spring Street.

Cafe Integral focuses exclusively on Nicaraguan coffee and they do it better than anyone. The beans are sourced directly from farms the owners have relationships with, and you can taste the care in every cup. Their cold brew is dangerously good. Smooth, slightly sweet, no bitterness. I’ve been known to order a large cold brew here at 3 PM and then wonder why I’m still awake at midnight. The space is small and cute and the staff is always friendly.
