Much like a mixologist distinguishes themselves from a casual bartender, Interlude sets itself apart from ordinary cafes. Each sip serves as a reminder that the drink was meticulously crafted by expert hands.
For fellow matcha enthusiasts, Interlude is my preferred coffee shop in Tribeca. If there’s a better matcha in NYC, I’ve yet to find it. Using ceremonial grade matcha crafted from young leaves with a high concentration of chlorophyll, Interlude’s expert baristas know how to make tea sing.
The best part? Quality doesn’t come at the expense of pretension. The baristas are some of the friendliest in town and they pride they take in their work it obvious.
