Nestled within the renowned Chelsea Market, Miznon serves as a place of comfort for New Yorkers in search of genuine Mediterranean street food. Originally opening in Tel Aviv and expanding to Paris, Vienna and Melbourne, the joint eventually made its way to New York City.
Miznon quickly gained recognition following the launch of their first U.S location in 2018. Serving authentic Israeli inspired bites, the flavors are unmatched. I recommend ordering the lamb kebab pita or the rotisserie broken chicken pita. Another stand out is the folded cheeseburger.
Locals Tip: Once you’re finished eating at one of the top restaurants in Chelsea, make sure to explore the rest of the market. If you need something sweet to finish off your meal, Doughnuttery has some of the best donuts in NYC.
