Where SeaGlass Carousel appears on New York Dearest

Considered the most unique carousel in New York City, the SeaGlass Carousel swaps traditional horses for iridescent fish that glide inside a glass shell-shaped pavilion. It’s part ride, part art installation, and completely memorable for everyone in the family, especially at night when the carousel is lit from within.
Why it’s great:
The soaring buildings in the Financial District have a way of overwhelming kids and adults alike. The carousel is a nice break from the commotion, especially before or after a Staten Island Ferry ride or a trip to the Statue of Liberty.
