Crafting stunning libations that look like works of art, Thyme Bar is located inside the cellar of Patisserie Chanson, a literal subterranean gem. Each cocktail has a theme, which adds a playful element to the night, like the alcoholic iced tea served in a golden genie lamp. This definitely one of the fanciest speakeasies in New York City, don’t miss it!
Unpopular opinion. I’ll say it. The best bars in NYC are the ones without a velvet rope or a secret entrance.
