Hop Kee is a cherished Chinatown restaurant renowned for delicious Cantonese cuisine. Opened in 1968, it was one of Anthony Bourdain’s top-five NYC restaurants and was featured in Parts Unknown’s last episode (filmed just two months before his death).

The restaurant’s menu has a diverse selection of dishes, from savory stir-fries to incredible seafood specialties. Among the array of beloved dishes. This dish features succulent crab stir-fried with a savory sauce, ginger, and scallions.
