In a neighborhood filled with upscale spots, Nancy Whiskey Pub stands out with its simple, old-school charm. It’s the epitome of a neighborhood dive bar where you can relax without the need to impress anyone. Established in 1967, this bar has been a Tribeca favorite for decades, attracting a loyal crowd of locals who have formed connections with the laid-back staff.
Despite its name, Nancy Whiskey Pub’s whiskey selection is average, lacking flights or tastings. However, that shouldn’t deter you from visiting. The bartenders craft potent drinks, and the beer selection, ranging from IPAs to lagers, is available on draft and in cans. As one of Tribeca’s best bars, you’ll have no trouble finding a satisfying drink.
