Pasticceria Monteleone is a family-owned local institution in the heart of Caroll Gardens in Brooklyn. The reason I feel so confident. Because after one bite you’ll find yourself running back to the counter ordering five more to-go!

The crispy, bubbly, fried shell crumbles in your mouth and the ricotta-cream filling oozes out with each bite. If you don’t have a sweet-tooth, steer clear of this place because cavities are all but guaranteed (kidding!).
