Turnstyle Underground Market (Columbus Circle subway station, between 57th and 59th Streets) is literally inside a subway station. You don’t need to swipe your MetroCard to access it. Just walk in from the street entrance.
The ramen, the dumplings, and the empanadas are all worth trying. It’s a quick lunch spot, not a destination, but if you’re passing through Columbus Circle and you’re hungry, it’s better than whatever’s at street level.
