Some of my best meals in New York have happened after midnight. There’s something about stumbling out of a bar at 2am and finding a place that’s still turning out incredible food that makes this city feel like nowhere else on earth. I’ve spent years mapping out the best late-night food in NYC so I always know exactly where to go when hunger hits and the clock says it’s way too late to be this hungry.

I’ve eaten more late-night food spots than I care to admit. These are the spots that actually deserve the hype.
