It’s estimated somewhere between three to four percent of the population in the United States is vegan. That might only seem like a small few, but it’s a growing lifestyle. So much so that vegan restaurants in NYC are popping up left and right and are luckily here to stay.
In fact New York was voted America’s most “vegan friendly” state in America and plant-based foodies travel from far and wide to try the different cuisines.
