Billy’s Bakery in Tribeca is a go-to spot for a reliably delicious sweet treat. With a range of tempting cake flavors like banana, lemon raspberry, and coconut, it’s tough to pick just one favorite. The standout, though, has to be their famous icebox cake – layers of fresh whipped cream between crispy chocolate wafers, available in chocolate, peppermint, or vanilla. It’s simply perfect. Whether I’m in the mood for a quick cake fix or a cup of coffee, Billy’s Bakery never disappoints.

Billy’s Bakery holds a special place in my heart because it’s my neighborhood bakery. Most Sunday mornings start with a quick stop at Billy’s for a sweet treat before heading into Central Park. There’s a tons of cake flavors. However, the most famous cake at Billy’s is the icebox cake (Fresh dairy whipped cream layered between homemade chocolate wafer cookies).
