Cull & Pistol is a neighborhood hot-spot for oyster lovers, especially during happy hour when those bad boys are half-priced. But fair warning, only oysters make. This might not be an ideal Chelsea happy hour spot for everyone, but for the oyster enthusiasts among us, it can’t be beat.
The space itself is beautifully designed without feeling overly precious. You can tell they put thought. I usually order the go-to order and have never been let down. It’s one of those things that tastes like they actually care about getting it right. Every time I come back, the quality is exactly the same, which says a lot about a place in a city where restaurants can be inconsistent.
