Ground Support Cafe offers an inviting environment filled with natural light and friendly workers. It’s not uncommon to see the SoHo coffee shop filled with happy locals catching up with friends or eagerly clicking away on their laptops, knee-deep in work.
In a world full of coffee shops touting the freshest coffees, it’s commonplace to see a lot of coffee beans go to waste. Behind the scenes, farmers are forced to cut their losses and toss any leftover beans, but Ground Support Cafe has made an effort to curb this problem.
Ground Support Cafe buys the previous season’s coffee beans, mixes them with fresh beans, and roasts them with precision to churn out incredible cups of coffee. It’s a win-win situation where they reduce waste, help local farmers recoup their losses, and the customer enjoys one of the best SoHo coffee shops!
In a city that runs on caffeine, these are the spots that actually take their craft seriously.
