Located on Pier 17, the cutesy burger and shake shop churns out the most adorable ice cream. Cones I’ve ever laid my eyes on. The specialty soft-serve cones are incredible as well as amusing to look at. Whatever the upcoming holiday or season, Mister Dips comes prepared with a tasty surprise.

Last year they had a Maple Creemee cone topped with brown butter and pecans for the month of November and spooky spooky-themed cone for October. The kid-friendly NYC dessert shop will be an instant hit, especially during Christmas time thanks to the neighboring ice rink.
