The Watermark on Pier 15 is among NYC’s best seasonal waterfront restaurants, offering something new for every holiday. From Oktoberfest to Winter Wonderland and Pink Pier in February, each event brings fresh cuisine and drinks. While the food is decent, the drinks and views make it worthwhile. The themed experiences, including heated “igloos” in winter, contribute to The Watermark’s status as one of the city’s top waterfront spots, best enjoyed with friends.
