  3. The Time Out MarketBar · DUMBOBilled as one of the best rooftop bars in Brooklyn, the views of the Manhattan skyline are hard to beat.
  4. WestlightBar · WilliamsburgWestlight is one of the most famous rooftop bars in Brooklyn.
