80 West 3rd Street, Greenwich Village. Happy hour runs 3-7pm daily with $5 well drinks and $6 draft beers. The space is huge with a bunch of TVs, which normally would be a turnoff for me, but the drink prices are so good that I forgive the sports bar atmosphere. On weekday afternoons this place is practically empty. Sit at the bar, order a $5 gin and tonic, and use the free wifi. You’ve just had the cheapest office in Greenwich Village.
