Discover a new restaurant open on New Year’s Day in NYC at Hudson Yards, a distinctive Mediterranean spot that stands out in the city’s culinary scene. While the entrees are excellent, Zou Zou’s truly shines with mind-blowing appetizers. The whipped ricotta with Saffron Apricots is a standout, and the Hot Kasseri Cheese and focaccia are a spectacle, the cheese arrives in a skillet and is lit on fire right before your eyes! Beyond the captivating experience, the food at Zou Zou’s is unforgettable, leaving you with a lasting craving.
